Built by hand, here in the Lowcountry.
RUACH wasn't made by a big company in some far-off tech office. It was built by a local — right here in the South Carolina Lowcountry — who felt a calling to create something that would help people draw closer to God.
With no prior background in building apps, and a whole lot of prayer, late nights, and learning, this became a labor of love: a single person, teaching themselves, building every piece by hand so that Scripture, prayer, and fellowship could live in one honest place.
The name says it best. Ruach is the Hebrew word for the breath, wind, and Spirit of God — the same breath that moves over the marsh grass at first light and fills the sails on the water. It felt like the right name for an app meant to help God's Spirit move in everyday life.
